Sacred Heart

History

Historically, the Sacred Heart or Ex Voto was the symbol of a commitment that the believer assumed towards the divinity as long as it fulfilled his requests, or rather thanks for a grace received. Today it has taken on a new meaning and has become a Pop and underground icon while remaining a lucky symbol. The sacred and the profane meet in an object full of positive symbols, but with a rock and contemporary face.

Saint Gennaro

History

Main patron of Naples, in whose cathedral it is believed that some bones of his skeleton lie together with two ampoules containing what popular tradition believes to be his blood, his figure is historically an object of worship and folklore. There are those who believe that the phenomenon of the melting of the blood, ritually represented on the Saturday preceding the first Sunday of May, on 19 September and 16 December, should be attributed to a miracle and a harbinger of good luck. Furthermore, popular belief considers the figure of Gennaro to be fundamental in stopping the eruption of Vesuvius in 1631, which occurred at the same time as a procession in which his relics were carried in procession and displayed in front of the active volcano.
